Depending on the project, sometimes we lead the equity, lending, and financial incentive procurement process or the client does that. The project moves forward when the conditions of satisfaction are met. Onyx focuses on leading integrated design and construction projects, ensuring we bring vital market and performance data forward in the process. We work with Cities, Counties, the State, and any other permitting agencies relative to the site and development requirements through entitlement and other recording or reporting processes. Whether for a development pipeline, we're leading or a private client project, we always run focused competitive processes, connecting with the ideal experienced designers and builders with the best market experience, a cost-effective price, and the ability to perform to our expectations on schedule, risk, and quality in the field. Our CEO spent the last decade building commercials in the public and private sectors. Since starting Onyx, all of our projects have been completed on time, on budget, with broader goals met.
