Depending on the project, sometimes we lead the equity, lending, and financial incentive procurement process or the client does that. The project moves forward when the conditions of satisfaction are met. Onyx focuses on leading integrated design and construction projects, ensuring we bring vital market and performance data forward in the process. We work with Cities, Counties, the State, and any other permitting agencies relative to the site and development requirements through entitlement and other recording or reporting processes.
